Q: How much will my Colors / Large back patches cost?

A: We price all of our patches based on stitch count. The more stitches your design has the more they cost. Designs with lots of fill stitching cost more than designs that have little or no fill stitching. Rockers with standard lettering cost less than rockers with outlined letters. Q:What forms of payment does Thread Slingers accept?

A: We can accept Visa and Master Card over the phone. You can also pay with your credit card or checking account using www.paypal.com. We also accept Bank Certified Checks and Money Orders via standard mail. Please do not send cash through the mail. We are not responsible for lost mail.

Q: Once I pay for my order, how long does it take to receive it?

A: In most cases you will receive your order in 10-14 days. There are exceptions to this. However we will inform you of the reason why it may take longer when your order is placed. NOTE: This happens only on rare occasions.

Q: I only need one set and I've never done business with Thread Slingers in the past. Can I order only one set of colors from you?

A: Yes. However a set-up charge between $35-$90 will apply. When you order 6 or more sets from us we don't charge a set-up fee. Nor do we charge a set-up fee to repeat customers that order only 1 or 2 sets at a time after the initial order of 6 or more sets. No matter what, the set-up is only charged once. Re-orders without changes are never charged a set-up fee.

Q: Does Thread Slingers have a minimum order?

A: Yes. Due to our volume we can not fill any order under $50. This applies to both existing and new customers.

Q: Can I get a sample set sent to me before I make a large order?

A: Yes. However you must make full payment for 6 or more sets and pay an additional shipping and handling fee. NOTE: This will slow the final delivery date by 4 to 5 days. We recommend the sample set be shipped via USPS Next Day Express Mail. The fee for Overnight Shipping ranges between $28 and $38 depending on your location.

Q: Can Thread Slingers sew patches and colors on leather vest?

A: Yes. You can ship us your vest and we will sew each set on for $20.00. Or you can purchase your vest from us and we will sew your new colors on for free.
