***Existing MC's Please Read***If you have patches at present and need more. We will need a full set sent to us to make an exact reproduction. Why you ask? There is no way we can match your colors 100% unless we see them. Fabric color, thread color and the design matters. You can rest assured your colors will be returned to you in the exact same condition as we received them. The exception to this is if you have a digitized stitch file for your patches. Please let us know if you have a stitch file from a digitizing company or other embroider.Set-up Fees (only when applicable) We generally do not charge a set-up fee. However in some rare instances your design may need to professionally digitized. (Turn your image into a stitch file) If for any reason we feel that the only way to get a quality patch is to have your design professionally digitized, the cost can be as high as $125.00. Most will run in the $80 range. |
Payment terms and deposits Quotes are FREE. Payment in full must be made before any sewing will take place. We do charge new MC's wanting full patch design a $100.00 drawing fee. You get that back when you order. It is taken off the final balance due. Sample Patches We will send you a sample before the final run is completed if you request it. To receive a sample we must have your payment in full. Once full payment is received we will sew one patch or patch set for you to review. We will proceed with your order after you have approved the sample patch or patch set. We accept club checks, money orders, cashiers checks and Paypal. |
Delivery
Time Your patches are generally shipped 14 days or less from the date your payment is received. Delays can be expected if we are designing your patches or trying to locate a special color fabric for you. The design process and locating fabric can take several weeks to complete. Also extra large patches can take a few extra days to complete. Returns and Refunds We will gladly refund your money if your not satisfied with our patches. You must return the patches to us to qualify for a full refund. Mistakes on our part are re-sewn at our expense. You must return the patches with errors to us before we will re-sew your replacement patches. We do not give refunds for mistakes on your part. We will gladly re-sew your patches for the original cost is you request us to do so and full payment is received. |

Copyrighted Material Please do not ask us to copy or otherwise reproduce copyrighted designs. If your design is in question we may ask for proof of ownership. It is illegal for embroiders to make copies of copyrighted designs. |
Use of information We do not share your personal or club information with anyone for any reason unless ordered to do by a court of law. Nor do we share your email address with anyone for any reason unless ordered to do so by a court of law. |
