Existing MC's Please ReadIf you have patches at present and need more. We will need a full set sent to us to make an exact reproduction. Why you ask? There is no way we can match your colors 100% unless we see them. Fabric color, thread color and the design itself matters. You can rest assured your colors will be returned to you in the exact same condition as we received them. The exception to this is if you have a digitized stitch file for your patches. Please let us know if you have a stitch file from a digitizing company or other embroider we can use.Set-up FeesWe do not charge a set-up fee for patches with 10,000 stitches or less. We charge $1.00 per 1,000 stitches for designing patches with more than 10,000 stitches. Most 3-piece designs will contain 35,000 - 85,000 stitches. The digitizing cost will never be higher than $90.00. Most will run in the $60 range. Use of information We do not share your personal or club information with anyone for any reason whatsoever. Credit Card Information When you pay for your order using your credit/debit card over the telephone with us WE DO NOT WRITE YOUR INFORMATION DOWN. Your card information is entered at the time we submit it. You will have to call us with each payment made. We do not keep or record your credit card information under any circumstances. NOTE: Never send your credit card information to us via email. Your information can be easily stolen. Even when we delete it from our email it's still out there to be stolen. |
Payment terms and deposits Quotes are FREE. Payment in full must be made before any sewing will take place. We may charge new MC's wanting full patch design a $100.00 good faith deposit. Sample Patches We can send you a sample before the final run is completed if you request it. (Additional shipping charges will apply) To receive a sample set we must have your payment for 6 or more full sets. Once full payment is received we will sew one patch or patch set for you to review. We will proceed with your order after you have approved the sample patch or patch set. We accept credit cards over the phone, club checks, money orders, cashiers checks and Paypal payments. Approval by Dominant Club It's none of Thread Slingers business what you wear on your back. We do however make it our business to respect the various MC's around the world. We are vary aware of the approval process and respect it fully By this we mean the design you are submitting has been approved by your dominant club/Coalition or Confederation and you're not asking us to design your colors until you have been fully approved. We don't like to see anyone waste their money or our time. We ask that you are "ready" to order your colors/patches. "Ready" means you've been through the approval process and you will be ordering patches either from us or another patch maker in the design you submitted. Do yourself a favor and respect the code of the MC world. We do! We can't, nor will we ever attempt to speak for any club, Coalition or Confederation. We have zero influence over any of them. However, we have great respect for all of them and will do nothing we knowingly would be wrong in their eyes. |
Delivery
Time Your patches are generally shipped in 8-10 days from the date your payment is received. Delays can be expected if we are designing your patches or trying to locate a special color fabric for you. The design process and locating fabric can take several weeks to complete. Also extra large patches can take a few extra days to complete. Returns and Refunds We will gladly refund your money if you are not satisfied with our patches. You must return the patches to us to receive a full refund. Mistakes on our part are re-sewn at our expense. You must return the patches with the errors to us before we will re-sew your patch replacements. We do not give refunds for mistakes on your part. Check and double check the design we send you. We are not responsible for mistakes once you have approved the design. Copyrighted Material Please do not ask us to copy or otherwise reproduce copyrighted designs. If your design is in question we may ask for proof of ownership. It is illegal for embroiders to make copies of copyrighted designs unless you are the rightful owner of the copyright or have written permission from the rightful owner of the copyrighted image. Stealing images from the Internet and submitting them to us is 100% Illegal. Plus why would self respecting club want to wear a stolen design that is out there for anyone to grab and use?? We don't make Forgery Colors From time to time we receive request from people claiming to be members of the one of the big 5. We don't make colors for these clubs at present. (Not that we wouldn't want to) But, we value our business and lives too much to make forgery colors. So please don't waste our time with such ridiculous request. Unless of course you are truly a member and can somehow prove it to us. We are 100% legitimate and plan on keeping it that way. We have 2 of the big 5 within 2 hours of our shop and don't plan on pissing either of them off. |
