Custom Designed Club Patches & Rockers ****NEW MC's, RC's and MM's PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW BEFORE CALLING OR EMAILING US:****  If your center patch and colors have not been approved by your local dominant please do not submit them to us for a quote.  We are not in the business of designing patch sets for review by your local dominant.  You will need to have your design pre-approved before submitting to us. If you will be submitting a scan of a pencil drawing there will be a $100.00 non-refundable deposit. The deposit is required for clubs supplying only rough drawings. Clubs with scale computer generated graphics do not have to pay a deposit.  For those who are required to pay the deposit, 100% of it  will be applied to any embroidery order you make with us.  We do not charge you to design, digitize or set-up your patch.  However we do not design complete sets of colors for free.  If you are required to pay the $100.00 non-refundable deposit and order 6 sets of colors, you will get a $100.00 credit towards your purchase.  If you order nothing, you loose your deposit.  If you have questions about this please email us first. Upper and Lower Rockers start at $25 per set Average Center Patch starts at $15 each. Full Sets including Upper & Lower Rocker, Center Patch and MC patch start at $45.00  Your full set can run as high as $100 per full set depending on the center patch, overall size and detail. (Stitch Count) The average full set runs in the $50-$75 range. Our minimum order for new customers is 6 full sets.  Repeat customers can order as few as 2 sets at a time after the initial order. For MCs that have patches at present and need more.  We will need a full set sent to us if you want an exact reproduction.  Why you ask?  Because there is no way we can match your colors 100% unless we see them.  You can rest assured your colors will be returned to you with your order and respected while in our possession.  We know what colors mean and the level of respect demanded.   You'll get'em back because because the last thing we need is a MC hunting us down to retrieve their property. (Not good) We will not share your design with anyone once digitized.  If you want to own your digitized design for use by other embroidery companies there will be a $100.00 charge.  The design can be supplied in several formats.  If you will want a copy of the stitch design please let us know that up front and the format needed.  Otherwise we will keep it on file for future orders. We offer superior quality and fast delivery.  When you need patches, caps, beanies or complete MC sets we've got you covered.  Email us (threadslingers@gmail.com) with your patch details and we'll have a free quote back to you fast. To receive an accurate quote you will need to include your artwork image and the exact width and height desired as well as the quantity desired. Without that information we can not provide you with an accurate price quote. We accept artwork in .JPG, GIF,PNG,BMP,PSD,and PDF formats.  The better your design quality the faster the turn-around time.  Once you approve your design and payment has been received we'll ship your order to you in just a few a few days. We don't sew your patches until you approve the design and color scheme. In the case where we completely design your club patch and rockers you will need to review both thread and material samples before the order is filled.  The entire MC patch process can take 3-4 weeks to complete. Why? Because we want to be 100% accurate with MC colors.  If you're an MC needing complete patch sets please be prepared to allow us time to get your patches 100% right.  While it may take a few weeks, the time involved is necessary to get it right the first time.  We take colors very seriously.   New MCs should also read the text at the left of this page before requesting a quote.   ABOUT OUR PATCH MAKING PROCESS We make patches in two different ways. (A)Merrow Edge or (B)Cut To Shape.  The shape of the patch must be square, round or oval to be Merrowed.  Patches with odd shapes or extreme curves will have a satin edge cut to shape.  Club Rockers are Merrowed in most cases.  All patches are sewn on 100% cotton twill material unless the color desired isn't available in twill.  In some cases we will sew your patch on Trigger or Broadcloth.   Our patches have 4 layers and are very sturdy but Not Stiff)  (Not cheap to make either)The first layer is Twill or a similar material. The second layer is a poly heat seal.  The third layer is a mesh material. The forth layer is a final layer of ploy heat seal used to lock the stitching in forever and a day.   Our quality stands up to the highest standards in the patch making business.  Great quality and pricing is what we deliver every time!
